The Fitness Sampler happens ONCE A YEAR and it’s BACK for the 3rd year in a row!
We’re bringing you our biggest event of the 2025 season and Houston’s biggest Fitness Sampler yet! Expect back-to-back workouts from various studios + health and wellness experience stations. Take as many classes as you want and leave the rest. Feel free to ebb n flow in as you want:) No rules. Not strict.
Swag bags for the first 150 sign ups! (valued at $200+)
Schedule (Subject to Change):
Doors open at 10:00am and classes kick off at 10:30am!
10:00am: Doors Open. Come into the market area, find space for your mat, and explore!
10:30am-Core Strengthening
11:00am- Pound Fitness
11:30 am- Dance cardio
12:00am- Sweat Sesh
12:30am- Body weight burn
1:00am-Barre
1:30pm-Mindful yoga meditation
12:30 pm- Closing meditation and sound bowl experience
1 pm- Event ends, be sure to grab your swag bag & make any last minute experience station stops!

Parking:Gate lot located on Fulton St. and Brooks St.Grass, lot located on the corner of Fulton St. and Burnett St., Street parking at front entrance on Burnett St. is free, Street parking at front entrance across the street from the front entrance is metered parking.
Before the Event:
The Beauty Boost will always send you several emails leading up to the event with information about what to expect. If you are buying a ticket for a friend, please be sure to foward them that information so they also know the flow of the day. If for some reason you have not yet recieved communication the week of the event, email us and let us know so that we can forward you any information you need to know!
